This Payment Policy explains checkout for the one-time physical storage-bag products sold by Frbxg. Our default checkout payment provider is Shopify Payments.
The product price covers the exact number of bags and removable components identified in the package list. Clothes, bedding, suitcases, shelves, beds, and other scene props are not part of the purchase. Ordering a storage set creates a one-time goods transaction, not a subscription, rental, packing service, refill plan, luggage check, or recurring membership. The cart displays quantity, currency, shipping, tax, and final total before authorization.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Shopify Payments-supported cards and digital wallets that are currently enabled are displayed at checkout.
Only payment methods currently shown at checkout are available for the order, and the storefront payment icons must match those active methods. Only cards or eligible digital wallets currently presented by Shopify Payments are available. We do not request mailed cash, cheque, bank credentials, card security codes, or one-time authentication codes through customer support. A two-bag set is charged as one listed product unit, while adding two units to the cart doubles the listed set quantity; a removable board named in the package list is not billed separately.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
Transactions are submitted through Shopify Payments using encrypted checkout connections. Sensitive payment credentials remain within Shopify's protected payment environment.
This means checkout data is safeguarded using industry-standard encrypted transmission before payment details are handled by Shopify Payments.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify maintains Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance for its payment environment. Our store receives the transaction status and order information needed to process the purchase.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment credential verification is handled by Shopify Payments and the relevant financial institution.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States dollars, shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. At checkout, Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD and Tax: $0.00 USD. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
Authorization applies to the complete checkout total rather than to each zipper, board, handle, or bag as a separate charge. Processing begins after Shopify Payments reports successful authorization. A pending bank or wallet entry can remain while the issuer completes review; it is not proof of dispatch or an additional storage-bag order. The successful order confirmation is the record used for fulfillment.
Billing Information
Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.
Failed or Pending Payments
If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.
Fraud Review
An order may be held when issuer response, billing information, device signals, address details, or order velocity indicates possible unauthorized activity. Review concerns transaction security and not the customer's household contents or travel plans. If limited verification cannot resolve the issue, the order may be canceled and any captured amount returned through the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank, card issuer, or wallet processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. The Tax field displays $0.00 USD. Customers pay only the product total shown before payment because standard shipping is also $0.00 USD.
